The Information Technology Directorate intends to provide its clients with an “office anywhere” service that is available to users 24/7, wherever in the world they may be working. These services will be resilient to such a level that users are consistently satisfied with them across all management levels and business units. The IT infrastructure will be configured for researchers to securely manage the intellectual property of the HSRC and stimulate new forms of knowledge production.
